Your pet has unfortunately turned back into shape of tiny cute blob.
You need to feed him fast in span of 60 second before the authorities arrived!
Depending on what you feed him, he might turn into a big handsome human thus making him easier to hide, or unspeakable horror cuteness that capable of ending the world.
Easy control! And with 21 different endings to get!
How will you raise your pet in span of 60 second?
Reason for suubmission to Virtual Pet Jam : Interactive simulation contains you being the guardian of some manner being (in this case. A cute blob of flesh)

Install instructions
To start the game, you don't need RTP. Simply just download VL Gothic font that I have packed inside the game.
- You need extraction tool to extract the .rar file (Such as Winrar, 7zip, or anything you fancy)
- After extracting the file got to extracted folder
- Open the Font folder inside it
- Open VL Gothic font in it (double click or right click and open)
- There will be a font window opened showcasing the font currently you are opening. Click [INSTAL] button on top left corner.
- After you instal the VL Gothic font, you can now continue playing the game ^0^

it keeps saying "unable to find gothic font" and crashes (i got all the fonts, idk why it still dont work)

If you don't have a rar opener, you can convert the rar to a zip and go from there.

You can use an online web converter. Look up "rar to zip online" and use a credible site :).
Did that, but what file do I open to open the game? it also says I need an app to open it?
After you download the zip, extract the files and go inside the Template folder. Once there, there'll be a Game.exe. Click it.

i followed what another commenter said! so download it, download fonts, delete it, do the same, and for some reason it worked haha
You can find it in the Font file inside of the game file! I hope this helps.

Fun game, had to look up the different endings because it was difficult trying to get all of them.
Is the player male or female? To me, from every picture we see in the game the player looks male except maybe the hair but even then it doesn't look that feminine
The player has long hair and appears female in Ending N: Sweet Tooth Abomination (only feed him lots of meat and some candy). I fed him 23 meat, 21 sweets, and only 1 human head.

It sounds like most people who claim they can’t play haven’t really been on itch.io before. The file needs to be unzipped via downloading the winrar zip application. (google it)
From there download the game, unzip the file, and in the folder click the “game” application and you’re golden.
My issue was that I did not have a gothic font. Thankfully the creator added the fonts in the folder for installation. Very quick process and only really took me a minute to figure out.
So I see a lot of people having issues with opening the game, which unfortunately.. I am stuck as well. I tried a couple of things that I found on other people's comments too, but it just doesn't work. Is this a compatability issue??
Huh, so somehow it worked on my second try after deleting everything and downloaded it back. But I guess it worked for me now :)

I'm not sure myself, because honestly I just winged it haha.. But what i did was download the file, unzip it then basically just download all three of the fonts. At first try (The one where i couldnt get the game to run), I'm not sure if it is related, but I renamed the game app so I could find it easier (because girly has a lot of games) then pinned it to start. So i deleted the whole thing, Yes the zip files and what not relating to the game.. Then i downloaded from Itch.io again and did the same thing, unzipping and all that stuff. But this time I just opened it straight as it is in the folder, but so far no error messages.
And also, I love the game ;)) It's so cute and fun, love Hector, He's cute!

Hello! You will need an app called winrar or 7zip.
After installing those app, you can right click the zip file and unzip it. Let me know if it works!

there's a separate folder on the game file called 'fonts' click on the 'VL Gothic Font' which will take you to a page, click install. Then click the application file, it should work then. I really hope I helped

There's a big red button says "Download" under the game's description. Just click it and you're good to go!

Unfortunately, you need vl gothic to launch it.
It is very simple (honest), you just need to go to Font file, that's where the vl gothic is. And then you instal the font by opening it!

Have to admit, from rushing to give the necessary amount of food, it is difficult without a tracker to say what I gave them so far as I am not good at keeping track in a panic despite thinking so, especially when I have a tendency of giving them candy more than anything—luck or otherwise.
The endings I have obtained as far as I was willing to was J, and N.
...Yeah, probably as bad as you think it is, though apparently not even close.

I can't see the install button or download VL gothic and I've been stressing about it for the past hour and a half. I've tries everything, someone help me.
Try to open the VL Gothic font first (double click the file) it will open a new window, in that window will be an instal vutton you can press (usually on top left).
Let me know if it works!
